Map to the Democracy Monument
on Ratchadamnoen Avenue


The map to the Democracy Monument provides a city guide the location of the Corrado Feroci's monument in Ratchadamnoen Klang Avenue and the surrounding area including the 14 October 1973 Memorial.

The Democracy Monument, the major rally point in October 1973, is situated at the roundabout that is at the junction of Ratchadamdoen Avenue and Din So Road. The monument is located at the mid-point between the Grand Palace and Dusit Garden.

Some of the Black May 1992 incidents occurred around the Tanao Road area, some 300 m to the west of the monument. Thammasat University, the centre of the incidents in 6 October 1976 and Royal Hotel are further to the west.
