Great and informative piece but why exclude the entrance cost? Seems this is something most people would like to know especially when many entrance fees have increase 3.33 times (eg museums increased their entrance fees from 30 to 100 baht))

Thanks for pointing this out. Oversight on my part. The entrance fees are 100 baht per head.
